Project Overview / Description
Johnny Cool were pleased to accept the mechanical contract from Scope Building for the construction of a new Aged Care Facility in Nhulunbuy.
Works included the complete HVAC installation including; cassettes, ducted units and splits accross the facility.
In addition, Johnny Cool were also awarded the solar contract, these works were subcontracted to local company, Sunoxi. Jeremy and the team did a fantastic job.
Project was handed over in early 2023.
